Her approach to coaching is grounded in psychodynamic and inter-personal theory integrated with cognitive-behavioral (CBT) solution-focused techniques and yoga. She has experience dealing with a variety of life-problems, including depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as work-related, phase of life, marital, and family issues.
Grisel provides individual, couple, family, and group life-coaching for adults and adolescents. In addition, She has received specialized training in chronic-disease management. She utilizes mind-body techniques and Yoga to help persons suffering from chronic stress/pain manage symptoms and develop a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Grisel has a Masters in Psychology from New York University (2006). She received the honorary title of Scholar at NYU along with a lifetime membership into Psi Chi Honor Society, part of the American Psychological Society.
